New tools and links added

Please check out or Useful Links section of the website to see some very handy new tools.

We have added an Essex Flood Warnings widget at the bottom of the home page (as well as within the 'Useful Links' section)...

You will also find a link to a mapping section to check out where water-courses in your area are classified as 'main rivers' (ie under the remit of The Environment Agency).

Also, within the Members Area we now have some great new links direct into Waste Exemption Registers and other important management data.
